By creating an account or using Stock Dynasty (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Stock Dynasty is a game. Cards in the game represent real-world stocks, ETFs and bonds, and their attributes are derived from publicly available market data — but nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to transact in securities. We are not affiliated with the issuers of the securities referenced. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission, especially before any purchase.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Don't share or sell accounts.

The Service offers paid purchases (weekly subscriptions and gold bundles) and free virtual Gold. Virtual Gold, packs and cards have no cash value, are non-refundable except where required by law, and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your email confirmation or by contacting us. Pricing may change; existing subscriptions keep their rate until renewal.

Don't cheat, bot, scrape game or market data, exploit bugs, reverse-engineer, disrupt servers, harass other players, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law, and may void or remove any ill-gotten Gold, cards, score or trophies.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service — or any part of it (including features, schedules, seasons or data feeds) — at any time, with or without notice. We're not liable for downtime, data inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the Service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.

Virtual Gold, packs, and cards have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EEA/UK). Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your email confirmation or by contacting us, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time on an active subscription unless required by law.
