Stock Dynasty (“we”, “us”) is a financial-themed card-collection game. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.

Account data: the email address you sign up with and any profile details you provide (e.g. from Google sign-in).

Gameplay data: packs opened, cards owned, lineups, seasons, challenges, matches, scores and trophies — everything needed to deliver the game.

Purchase data: the products you buy and your Base44 Payments orders (transaction id, amount, product, status). We never store your full card or bank details — those are handled securely by the payment provider.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and basic analytics events (e.g. which screens you visit) used for stability and product improvement.

To create and maintain your account, authenticate you, deliver game features and recurring seasons, process your in-app purchases, prevent fraud and cheating, fix bugs, and improve the game.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for cross-context advertising. Market data shown in the game comes from third-party providers (e.g. Yahoo Finance) for simulation purposes only and is not financial advice.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences (e.g. the season you last viewed). We don't place third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated gameplay data by writing to stock-dynasty@outlook.com; we'll action it within a reasonable time, subject to legal or billing-record retention requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below.

The Service isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, contact us and we'll remove the account.

Access to your data is restricted and protected by the platform's authentication and authorization controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your information.
